Strategy is not science and it cannot be driven by a formula, nor data analytics. There is an art to strategy as it requires discernment, judgement and commitment. And not just from a few people but from the entire organisation and hopefully every person in it.
No matter how hard you crunch the numbers there is risk and only experience, ingenuity and creativity will bridge that risk to deliver successful outcomes.
